How to Perform Exercises with a Lower Back Injury
You Have a Back Injury – What Now?
Lower Back Pain: It is likely that at some point in your life, you will have to deal with a Lower Back injury. While some people may avoid it and "be among the lucky few", or perhaps experience only a minor injury ( that Ice, or a Little exercise, can solve) the truth is most of us need to know what to do.
I was told in my thirties that due to a degenerative disc problem, I could expect to have pain and Mobility issues. For the balance of my life.
So I became proactive, adjusted my diet, and arranged to do Meditation to stay relaxed -- and therefore 'less likely' to injure myself. And I also made sure to get plenty of REST.
Another Important part of the equation, my friends, is doing the right kind of exercise (and educate yourself how to properly work around back pain). Having the proper position when you work is very important (for example, when Lifting something, you must 'plan' it ahead of time )

BACK PROBLEMS: YOUR LIFE Is Not Over
Well just because you have lower back pain (or an injury), this doesn’t exclude you from training; it simply means you have to modify your training.
Being motivated to 'get educated' ahead of time will only benefit you. ☻☻
If anything the “change of training” can benefit you in terms of exercise selection, motivation, and the challenge of doing something different in the gym.
Before you read about the exercises and training information, I want to advise you I am not a doctor, and so you ought to consult your doctor before diving into any exercise.
One of the biggest issues with any spine injury is knowing what your injury is - precisely! Sometime a doctor (or chiropractor ) can’t actually find anything wrong [mechanically speaking] .
Thus, you should EXPLORE, and try to find out what is causing the issue. This may entail visiting a specialist, in addition to your regular M.D.
Please be sure & listen to your body ! If performing a certain exercise is causing pain, STOP it immediately.
