Bad Habits Can Contribute To Your Lower Back Pain... 5 Ways To Treat It !

If you have had pain in the back a few times, it becomes easy to believe it's just due to 'doing something silly' and it won't happen again.
If you keep getting discomfort or pain over a period of days, you may be driven to take it a lot more seriously - and you should. Manipulation (such as chiropractic adjustment) could be really practical in relieving the symptoms - yet you also should deal with the underlying cause.
For instance, you should monitor your Food Intake and ask yourself "Am I consuming nutritious food?".. because, believe it or not,  Nutrition plays a big role in how you are feeling.  Also, water intake is a hugely significant factor  (Hint:  DRINK LOTS of 8 oz. glasses)
SLEEP is also a very important factor; your spine will appreciate you getting enough rest.  Also important is your sleep environment -  be sure to rest in an area that is cool enough  (i.e, perspiring will not be great for your back).
And try not to use any electronics (or loud stereo) for an hour prior to bedtime.  This way,  You'll be relaxed as you drift off to sleep!

Consider How You Move Throughout the Day
Faulty Movement Patterns - One vital thing to consider is that the hidden cause of  low back pain typically stems from our habits over the years (bad habits that we form whereby we move in a way that our body is not made for).
We have to have faith in our vertebraes, in order to perform our daily tasks, walk, or play sports without discomfort arising.  Try and use good posture when you are at school, or in your car.  There are memory foam wedges u can buy to ensure you sit properly in your car or van.
Now besides the 5 remedies below, there is more u can do for your low back. What, you ask... well, you can purchase special furniture for your office -- specifically, you can get an ERGONOMIC chair.

The one I use has no back to it.  See the picture :

When you stoop over a desk for hrs, or drive a Long Distance in one day you tend to get stressed and fatigued.  So do what u can to REDUCE the overall strain on your body.
Simply by PLANNING ahead,  you can lessen your back pain which will be good for your health (and your spine) in the long run.
